ACHIEVEMENTs:

  • Partnered with senior leaders to address employee productivity and manpower inefficiency issues. Conducted workload analysis, market sizing, and data manipulation techniques to optimize manpower allocation with consideration of saturated region, employee overload, and unproductive employees

  • A trusted consultant and partner for Departments Head and COO in regards to organization design, performance management, man power planning and recruitment strategy, salary management, salary structure calibration, job metrics, employee issues resolution, change management, job analysis - job grading design - job evaluation. Helped managing full-time employees of 300+ and contracted employees/freelancers of 300+

  • Became part of acting Group Head Human Capital (3 people) for 3 months to supervise all human capital functions of 20+ people (talent acquisition, employer branding, people services, culture engagement, operations) through OKR goal-setting and reported directly to Chief Operations Officer.
